Friends here is the simple trick for kick a user without GETTING moderator power.
Join room as role service and kick anybody.(THIS TRICK DOESNT WORK FOR ROOM ADMIN,OWNER AND MEMBER, YOU CAN KICK MEMBER ONLY IN CASE YOU HAVE MEMBER AFFILIATION)


Uses Instruction:
1. Join room and send 1st XML (Replace ROOMNAME with room and YOUR NICK WITH YOUR ID )

2. SHOOT 2ND KICK XML (REPLACE ROOM NAME AND NICK YOU WANA KICK)

NO NEED TO CHANGE IN RESOURCE..YOU CAN SHOOT XML WITHOUT REPLACING RESOURCE TOO
